Lindsey Lance, ACNP-BC
Lindsey Lance was born and raised in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina.
She is a graduate of Blue Ridge Community College, Western Carolina University, and Vanderbilt University. She is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with 6 years of extensive work in the treatment of vascular and venous disease. Lindsey is an active member of the Society of Vascular Nursing.
Prior to obtaining her advanced degree she practiced as a critical care nurse. Her professional nursing experience included Neuro-Trauma and Spine units, Intensive Care unit, Cardiac Step-down and Vascular unit. She maintains her interest in vascular surgery as part of her current position as an advanced practitioner. She has extensive training and experience in vascular surgery, venous disease, advanced wound care modalities, aesthetic laser and bioidentical hormone therapy.
Lindsey joined Legacy Health & Wellness in its commencement in February 2018 in order to continue her passion in helping others discover the root cause of their diseases and has received extensive training to benefit her patients to empower change to improve their lives. Lindsey performs Endovenous Laser Treatment (EVLT), Micro-Phlebectomy, Sclerotherapy, and Laser treatments in the Vein Clinic, and performs hormone pelleting in the Hormone Clinic.
Outside of work, Lindsey likes to spend time with her friends and family, especially her dog, Miles as well as being an avid exerciser, enjoying spending time outdoors and traveling.
Betsy Boone, RN
Betsy is Originally from Hickory, NC, and graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2008.
She has a passion for helping others love healthy and feel great!
During her free time, Betsy enjoys spending time with her Husband, Daughter, and two Step-Sons. She also loves to build custom furniture!
