We do not offer refunds on services rendered
or products purchased. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person and sometimes even from treatment to treatment.
It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.

RESERVING YOUR APPOINTMENT(S)

A valid credit card will be needed to secure appointment(s). Your card information will be securely encrypted in your digital file for you. You may use any form of payment at the time of service including this card for convenient checkout. The card on file is considered acceptance of our late cancellation and missed appointment policies. See cancellation policy below.

ARRIVAL & LATE ARRIVAL

Your time with us is precious, and treatments begin promptly when scheduled. Although we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot infringe upon the next guest's time.

CANCELLATIONS

We do require a credit card to be on file when you book your appointment. We are asking that all new and current patients supply a credit card number that will be kept on file. This credit card will not be charged unless you cancel, reschedule, or no-show for your appointment. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy – A minimum of a $50 fee will be assessed to your credit card if you do not give us a 24-hour notice. If you need to reschedule or cancel any of your appointments, please give us a call at (803) 547-6800 a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment and one of our coordinators will be happy to reschedule you. We value you as a patient and the appointment time that we have set aside for you is very important to all of our team members at Legacy Health & Wellness ~ Time booked for your treatment is reserved especially for you. We do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you respectfully adhere to our cancellation policy. We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; please understand that without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Failure to cancel or reschedule, with less than a 24-hour notice, will result in a minimum of a $50.00 cancellation fee.

GRATUITY

We kindly ask that you bring cash or a personal check made out to your technician. We can also provide you with your technicians Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal information. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Legacy Health & Wellness is an environment of relaxation and tranquility for all our guests. Please turn the volume off on mobile devices including phones, tablets, and pagers.

CHILDREN

This is not a place suitable for children so please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy yourselves without little ones. Children are not permitted in our treatment rooms, and children under the age of 13 cannot be left unattended in the lobby.

SERVICES & PRICES

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services on our menu or increase/decrease pricing on treatments without prior notification. In this instance, every effort will be made to notify you of a change, but if you have any questions, please ask when booking your appointment.

PACKAGES

We offer many of our most popular treatments in a discounted package. You prepay for several of the same services at once and receive a discounted price. Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Packages are non-refundable.

GIFT CARDS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift cards and gift certificates are available in any denomination and may be redeemed for aesthetic services or products. They must be presented for payment at the time of service. Digital pictures or copies are not accepted. Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, are non-refundable, may not be used for gratuities, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Gift Cards purchased at a discounted price that have a discounted service/package can only be redeemed for that particular discounted service/package.

Legacy Health & Wellness Gift Cards that contain a value may be used to purchase products and aesthetic services at face value. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards. Missed Gift Card appointments will forfeit the entire value of the service scheduled.

PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, debit cards, cash, personal check, and Legacy gift cards. We accept HSA accounts and advise you to check with your carrier for any limitations and reimbursement policies as all carriers are not the same. We will not be liable for non- reimbursements, ask your provider for more details.
