Hormone Treatment:
A Step-By-Step Guide
1. Lab Work
Initial Lab Work - $70.00
Follow-Up Blood Work - $40.00
2. Treatment Plan
This appointment has a one-time fee ($200) initial consultation office fee. During this appointment, we will discuss your hormone levels and come up with a detailed comprehensive plan. We will ask more in-depth health questions to get a better understanding of your unique health and wellness goals. Be prepared to spend at least an hour with our provider during this appointment. Recommendations are made and your unique bioidentical hormone therapy prescription and treatment plan will be available to you at this time.
If you and your Provider decide to move forward with Pellet Therapy, the cost is as follows:
-
The 2nd appointment: Review Labs/Treatment Plan Fee is $200 (This does NOT include the pellet insertion fee)
-
Female Pellet Insertion Fee $450 (this fee includes your pellets)
-
Male Pellet Insertion Fee $750 (this fee includes your pellets)
-
Our provider will prescribe medications like injections, creams, or troches if you do not receive pellets
-these therapies are a separate cost named by the Pharmacy.
Pellet therapy can be cheaper in the long run, especially when you compare it to the cost of
testosterone creams, injections, or pills. You also won’t need to worry about the
application of messy creams or weekly injections.
Male and female prices vary due to the different hormone pellets utilized and their
absorption/replacement rates. However, men (4-6 months) can go longer between pellet
insertion appointments compared to women (3-4 months).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
During the Second appointment, a decision is made to either begin pellet insertion, receive a prescription for creams, troches, or testosterone injections. We will send your prescription over to the pharmacy but cannot guarantee coverage through your insurance. We DO NOT correspond with insurance companies because we are a Concierge Program Practice. If your prescription for creams, troches, or injections is denied we can call your prescription into our preferred compounding pharmacy. They are open 7 days a week and can deliver prescriptions right to your doorstep.

3. Follow-Up Lab Work + 6 Week Check-up (New Patients Only)
We will schedule lab work 6 weeks after your first pellet insertion so we can re-evaluate your hormone levels and make adjustments if needed. This is only required for new hormone patients. If additional pellets are recommended during this appointment, (usually one or two) there is an additional
fee ($50) per pellet. The pellet insertion fee is waived during this time.
Returning Pellet Patients:
Follow-up/Lab work appointments will continue along with pellet insertions.

For Women: Every 3-4 Months ($450)
-
For Men: Every 4-6 Months ($750)
Returning Non-Pellet Patients:
